APUS
The Apus are sacred mountain spirits in Andean cosmology, especially within Quechua and Aymara traditions.
They are believed to be powerful protective deities who watch over the land, the climate, and the people living below. Each major mountain or volcano is considered an Apu with its own personality, strength, and spiritual presence.
